LENTEN MISSION With Fr. Jim Corrigan
March 27 – 29, 7pm
“A Lent to Remember, An Easter to Celebrate.” This Lenten Mission is our opportunity as individuals and as parish to deepen our faith, take up the call to conversion and renew our commitment to Christ and His Church. The renewal from such a time of time of prayer and reflection should invigorate us.
So come out for the Mission. It is a time of grace, a time for repentance, for change, and for becoming a renewed disciple. Confession is an essential part of any good Lenten Mission. So seize the chance to go to Confession on March 29th and receive God’s mercy.
Father Jim Corrigan is the Pastor of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in Sherwood Park, in addition to his responsibilities as Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Edmonton. “Father Jim Corrigan is an exemplary priest who has devotedly served the people and presbyterate of our Archdiocese as Pastor and as Chair of the Presbyteral Council,” Archbishop Smith says. “He brings to the office of Vicar General great pastoral wisdom and experience and priestly dedication”.
